4. No Guarantee Disclaimer

💰 Billing

Patreon charges your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All pricing is displayed on the Patreon page in the relevant currency. Taxes, where applicable, are determined and collected by Patreon.

🔄 Refunds

Because VIP content is delivered immediately upon subscription, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests due to billing errors or duplicate charges should be raised directly with Patreon support. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current cycle.

⚡ Access Activation

6. User Accounts

If account registration is required for any feature, you agree to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetTips App, its owners, affiliates, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost bets, lost data, lost goodwill, or financial losses — arising from or related to:

Our total aggregate liability, if any is ever found, shall not exceed the amount you paid to access VIP services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim — or USD 50, whichever is lower.

11. Responsible Gambling

• Provided false information during registration or subscription.

You may stop using the service and cancel your VIP subscription at any time via your Patreon dashboard. Upon termination, your right to access VIP content immediately ceases, and provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination (such as disclaimers, IP, and liability) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating jurisdiction of BetTips App, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us through our live chat.

If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of our operating territory, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings locally.
